Extreme Stopping Power

1.9 oz Presidia Gel (CS) incapacitates the attacker upon contact, sprays accurately 12-15 feet, and shoots in a tight stream, virtually eliminating blow-back. Temporary blindness and intense pain within moments of use debilitate the attacker, giving you time to escape and get help.

Dissipates Quickly

Presidia Gel has a fast dissipation rate (about 15 minutes), making it ideal for indoor use. The product is not pepper spray. It contains the active ingredient in tear gas (CS) in a special formula that sticks to what it hits.

Sticks to Its Target

Due to the “sticky” nature of Presidia Gel, there is little risk of cross-contamination or collateral effects on an innocent person or the surrounding environment.

Shipping Restrictions:

Arkansas: Canisters cannot exceed 5 ounces.
California: Canisters cannot exceed 2.5 ounces.
Florida: Canisters cannot exceed 2 ounces.
Hawaii: Canisters cannot exceed ½-ounce.
Michigan: Canisters cannot exceed 1.2 ounces. They also cannot have a strength higher than 18% OC or 1.4% significant capsaicinoids (MC).
New Jersey: Canisters cannot exceed ¾-ounce.
North Carolina: Human-formula canisters cannot exceed 5 ounces. (No restrictions on animal sprays.)
Washington, DC: All pepper spray items must be registered at the local police station as soon as they are received
Wisconsin: Canisters must have a safety feature and cannot exceed 2 ounces or have an OC concentration higher than 10%. Sprays must be pepper-only and free of tear gas or UV dyes. Pepper spray cannot be disguised as a common item such as a lipstick case or pen.

Presidia Gel® vs. OC

	Presidia Gel®	OC "Pepper" Sprays
Chemical Components	CS (chlorobenzal- malononitrile) is the active ingredient concentrated in non-atomizing proprietary gel.	OC (oleoresin capsicum) is the active ingredient in OC or Pepper sprays and is commonly deployed by atomization.
	Does not displace oxygen, safe to use with electronic restraint devices, electronic control device, etc.
Effects on Subject	Faster debilitation of subject. Does not have the lag time of OC.	Slower debilitation due to lag time before full effect.
	Affects sensitive tissue and mucus membranes (e.g. eyes, nose, mouth) through direct contact. Produces extreme pain in eyes and a possible sensation of respiratory distress if contacts mouth or nose.	Causes burning sensations anywhere on the body, especially the eyes, and in the respiratory system. Involuntary closure of the eyes typically occurs with delayed onset.
	Presidia Gel®/CS is a Lachrymator that causes involuntary eye closure.
Target Specific	Designed to be target specific and can not be thrown back at the officer.	Sprays affect entire area.
