Worked really well at first. After about 20 shots, co2 just shot out when trigger was initially pressed and emptied the co2 cartridge. Contacted manufacturer and is sending it back for warranty.
In theory, this is a fantastic product, but I believed that the manufacturer just cut some major corners because the build quality is absolutely terrible. The first problem is the unit does not come with any type of instructions as far as set up are more importantly, tear down the inner target is made so poorly that the cups catch the balls are not sewn into the fabric with any strength as you shoot the target and miss the pockets. You are tearing the cupholders off the unit. What’s the cupholders start falling off now if you shoot the balls will go through the hole and into the back of the tent and ultimately exit the cat target This hole in the back the rings that hold the internal target are so small that it is very difficult to set up once it does set up the Velcro does not hold. I think this product could be manufactured with thicker overall material and allow it to actually catch the kinetic rounds….. as far as the tent itself it is sort of like a sunshade it strings open, but given the fact that there are four sides and three mat systems. One of them is bent just a little bit and thus the system does not stand up straight. we helped this tissue at our local Yoon gun dealer. He has been fantastic. It’s unfortunate that the product itself is just not good quality.

Received the adapter the other day and installed soon after. I tested and it works well have a few concerns though the CO2 cylinder alignment is slightly off which effects how well and centered the piercing pin engages the cylinder. 2nd is the barrel alignment ( it works and doesn’t affect the angle the round travels yet ) but the tolerance is so close that I had to hold the adapter slightly bend then tighten the tiny replacement screw and hope it holds but in time pulling in and out of a holster who knows. So it works but between the pressure from tightening the cylinder cap and the close but loose tolerances it’s a to be determined on how in time it will hold up
So far the Byrna CL is great. I like it a lot. However the Customer Service needs improvement. Main reason I purchased from UNGUNN is because they guaranteed delivery by a certain date. I was going on a trip and needed to take it with me. The package arrived 3 days late. Could have bought it somewhere else cheaper if I wanted to wait for a later delivery. I also made several calls to them that were not returned. Could not talk to a live person.
I love the feel of the launcher, but now I’m actually exchanging it for XL - longer grip and more fire power can’t wait to get it

I'm very happy with my new non lethal gun. It's easy to use, lightweight and effective! I feel safe having this in my house for protection! It is easy to load the pellets and also the co2 cartridges! I also like that I can practice shooting at the Byrna store!

The Byrna SD launcher is an outstanding non-lethal self-defense option. It is very powerful, yet extremely easy to handle. There is no recoil at all, which makes it comfortable to shoot and easy to stay on target.
Accuracy is excellent, even without extensive practice. The kinetic rounds hit very hard, delivering serious stopping power while still remaining non-lethal. Build quality feels solid and reliable, and operation is straightforward.
A big plus is the integrated rail, which allows you to mount a tactical flashlight. The rail is compatible with Glock-style accessories, making it easy to use common weapon lights already on the market. This adds serious practicality, especially in low-light situations.

The sights are much more visible compared to the stock ones on the SD and LE models. I’ve installed one on both models. Easy to install also.
