Shipping at a Glance

Here’s a quick overview of our shipping options:

• ⚡️ Processing Time: Same-day shipping for most in-stock orders placed before 1:00 PM PST.
• 🚚 Delivery Time: We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for fast and reliable delivery.
• 💸 Shipping Fee: FREE shipping on all orders over $100. Rates for orders under $100 are calculated at checkout.
• 📦 Delivery Tracking: You'll get tracking info via email as soon as your order ships.

Order Processing & Cutoff Time

We pride ourselves on our fast processing. All in-stock orders placed before 1:00 PM Pacific Time (PST) will be shipped on the same business day.

• Orders placed after the cutoff time or on weekends (Saturday-Sunday) will be shipped on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and your shipping destination.

• Free Shipping: All orders with a subtotal of $100 or more qualify for free shipping.
• Standard Shipping: For all orders under $100, a shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship all orders via reputable carriers to ensure your products arrive safely and on time.

• We use a variety of carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier for your order will be selected based on the size, weight, and destination to provide the fastest delivery time possible.
• Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States.
• International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's website.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update and become active.

Local Pick-Up

We also offer a convenient local pickup option for our customers in the Santa Clarita, California area.

• Your order will be ready for pickup within one hour of being placed during business hours.
• You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.
• Pickup orders can be collected at our physical location: 28048 Bouquet Canyon Rd #5, Santa Clarita, CA 91350.

Important Notes

• Stock Levels: Our website features live stock counts. If an item is shown as in stock, it is available to be shipped.
• Exclusions: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• Damages: Please inspect your package carefully upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@ungunn.com with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
