Return and Refund Policy

At Ungunn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day free return policy for most items. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

30-Day Free Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive an item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• In its original packaging.
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

For a quick and easy return, you can use our self-serve customer portal.

1. Log in to Your Account: You can log in to your account directly on our website.
2. View Your Orders: Once logged in, go to your order history and select the order you want to return.
3. Submit a Request: Follow the on-screen instructions to select the item(s) you wish to return and provide a reason.

Once you submit your request, our team will review it and send you an email with further instructions and a prepaid return label.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Byrna Pepper, Max, and BGR Products (including all chemical projectiles).
• All CO2 Cartridges.
• Body Armor and Ballistic Plates.
• Custom or personalized products.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

• Refund Timeline: You can expect to receive your refund within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
• Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement.
