I recently ordered and received the Byrna max projectiles. I accidentally cracked one and a very small amount of got out on the surface I was working on and apparently in the air around me. It was an extremely small amount. I immediately began to feel quite severe effects including burning eyes,nose and throat as well as extreme watering of my eyes and some difficulty breathing. The effects lasted over 30 minutes and only lessened over that period. Was still feeling some minor effects for the better part of an hour . I was rinsing my face , eyes nose and hands continuously for 30-40 minutes. I can only imagine if someone was hit with one of these getting the full impact. There is no way anyone could fight through it or continue to be a threat! No way!! These are the real deal! Serious self defense!! -RK

Byrna cl delivered quickly and packaged properly
After the first co2 cylinder used the additional 3 cylinders leaked. I have only used a total of 4 co2 cylinders total.
I really like that it extends the grip making it fit well in my hand. The standard 5 round mag works great but I like the feel of the extender grip.

I purchased this for my diva lite level 3 retention holster as the paddle that came with the original holster was a little wide and cumbersome for me. This clip attachment was easy to install and is very easy to adjust the can't on. Highly recommend it especially if you're looking for a belt clip

It’s helpful to have 2 additional rounds with the Ext Mag, however all Byrna product accessory prices are at least 20% over priced, before any applicable discount. For example, $30 for this mag is too high. Sh be more like $20 and then apply the oft offered 10-15% discount. When you think about the cumulative cost effect of purchasing the accessories, some of which should come standard in the “Universal Kit”, you’re easily spending almost a grand to complete your package setup. Nothing like piece meal murder, similar to the Spirit Air pricing model. Very dissatisfying.

Received the adapter the other day and installed soon after. I tested and it works well have a few concerns though the CO2 cylinder alignment is slightly off which effects how well and centered the piercing pin engages the cylinder. 2nd is the barrel alignment ( it works and doesn’t affect the angle the round travels yet ) but the tolerance is so close that I had to hold the adapter slightly bend then tighten the tiny replacement screw and hope it holds but in time pulling in and out of a holster who knows. So it works but between the pressure from tightening the cylinder cap and the close but loose tolerances it’s a to be determined on how in time it will hold up
So far the Byrna CL is great. I like it a lot. However the Customer Service needs improvement. Main reason I purchased from UNGUNN is because they guaranteed delivery by a certain date. I was going on a trip and needed to take it with me. The package arrived 3 days late. Could have bought it somewhere else cheaper if I wanted to wait for a later delivery. I also made several calls to them that were not returned. Could not talk to a live person.
I love the feel of the launcher, but now I’m actually exchanging it for XL - longer grip and more fire power can’t wait to get it
