Shipping Restrictions
Due to state and local regulations, some Byrna products may have shipping restrictions. While we strive to keep this information up-to-date, it is the responsibility of the customer to verify local laws before placing an order.
New York (State-wide): Certain projectiles and armor plates cannot be shipped.
New York City: No Byrna products can be shipped to New York, Yonkers, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island, or the Bronx.
Washington D.C.: A number of Byrna launchers and other products cannot be shipped.
Oregon (Portland): No Byrna products can be shipped to Portland, Oregon.
San Francisco, California: Specific Byrna products, such as certain launchers and laser sights, cannot be shipped to San Francisco.
Product-Specific Restrictions
The following is a list of product types and the states where they are restricted.
Byrna Max & Pepper Projectiles: Cannot be shipped to California, New York, or Washington D.C.
Byrna BGR Pepper Spray: Cannot be shipped to Alaska, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, or Washington D.C.
Byrna Ballistipac & Armor Plates: Cannot be shipped to Connecticut or New York.
KINETIC 12-Gauge Rounds: Cannot be shipped to Alaska, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Puerto Rico, or Washington D.C.
Local Pick-Up in Santa Clarita
If you live in a restricted area but wish to purchase a Byrna product, you may be able to pick it up from our physical store in Santa Clarita. Please contact us to confirm your order and arrange a pick-up time.
