Helpful Information
Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions regarding the Black & Orange Sale, Byrna BGR and Byrna Duo pricing, coupon codes and limited-time offers.
How does the Black & Orange Sale work?
From October 19 through October 26, 2026, qualifying merchandise
is discounted by 15%. Sale prices are already reflected on eligible
product pages, so no coupon code is required.
Do I need a coupon code for the Black & Orange Sale?
No. The promotional prices are already reduced on qualifying
product pages. Add eligible products to your cart and complete
checkout at the displayed sale price.
What happens to Byrna BGR and Byrna Duo during the sale?
Eligible Byrna BGR and Byrna Duo products receive the stronger
40% promotional pricing through October 26, 2026. The 40% sale
price takes priority over the 15% Black & Orange Sale pricing
on those eligible products.
Is the normal 10% Byrna bundle promotion available during this sale?
No. The standard 10% Byrna bundle promotion is temporarily
unavailable during the Black & Orange Sale because qualifying
merchandise throughout the website is already receiving the
stronger 15% promotional pricing. The normal bundle offer may
return after the sitewide sale ends.
Can I combine multiple coupon codes or promotions?
Unless an individual promotion specifically states otherwise,
only one coupon code, discount or promotional offer may be used
per order. Black & Orange Sale pricing cannot be combined with
other discounts or special pricing unless specifically stated.
Do coupon codes expire?
Yes. Most coupon codes and promotional offers are available for a
limited time. The promotional period will be displayed with the
individual offer whenever applicable.
Why are some offers not displayed publicly?
Some promotions are created specifically for subscribers,
returning customers, selected advertising campaigns or limited
private events. These offers may only be distributed through
the applicable campaign.
Are promotions valid on every product?
No. Some offers apply broadly, while others are limited to
specific products or categories. Certain products may be excluded
due to availability, manufacturer requirements or individual
promotion terms.
How often are new offers added?
The Ungunn Savings Center is updated whenever the current deal
changes or a new featured event, flash sale, seasonal promotion
or selected campaign becomes available.
Can a coupon be applied after an order is completed?
Coupon codes must be entered and successfully applied before
the order is completed. Discounts generally cannot be added
retroactively to completed or previous purchases.
How do I know whether my order qualifies?
Review the individual offer description and terms before checkout.
Sale pricing will be shown on eligible product pages when the
product qualifies for the promotion.
What happens if I return a discounted product?
Any approved refund will be based on the actual discounted amount
paid for the returned product. The value of a promotional discount
is not refundable as cash.
Are the products sold by Ungunn genuine?
Yes. Products sold by Ungunn are genuine and sourced through
authorized distribution channels.
